Application Instructions

Step 1:

Complete our Consultation Form on the bottom of the Creator Network Main Page Visit our TikTok Creator Network main page and fill out the consultation form at the bottom of the page. Make sure all information is accurate — invalid addresses or missing details will delay your application. You must be 18 or older and have a valid government-issued photo ID ready for identity verification.

Step 2:

Watch for Your Qualification Survey After submitting the form, our team will review your application and send a follow-up email within 24–48 hours containing your qualification survey. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you haven't received anything after 48 hours, contact us at 1-800-305-0610 Ext 5.

Step 3:

Complete Your Live Streaming Contract Once you pass the qualification process, you will receive contract-related communication via email. Review all terms carefully. Your contract will outline your minimum streaming commitment of 15 hours across 7 days per month, network expectations, and the support you'll receive as a member of the SDBG Studios Creator Network.
